my sister called me and ask me was the best way for her to get pregnant she is obese you can say 289 pounds and she has abnormal preriod so is hard to catch a ovulation date what do you guys reccomend i should tell her? besides telling her loose weight?My sister ask me was the best way to get pregnant?? any advice?
If her cycles are irregular, it will be harder, but tell her to try tracking her cycles on www.fertilityfriend.com. That will help her learn about her cycles a bit.


Also, I agree with the other answers as well; an ovulation predictor will be helpful.

Tell her man to save his sperm up for a few days before hse is ovulating, or would normally be due to be so that he has a maximum amount of sperm, when she had a period, remember the date, then count 10-16 days after the first day of period, even if she is not regular she should still ovulate that many days after her period!


Weight does play a big part in getting pregnant, the closer you are to your ideal weight the mor elikely you are to get pregnant but she can not loose 100 pound instantly so just tell her to eat healthily, lots of fruit and veg will help! There are certain positions that are better to conieve in, like missionary with a pillow under her bum, that way the sprem are already pointing towards her ovarys, never her on top tho! gravity will play its part and wont help at all!


They say th emost important part in getting pregnant is liking the sex, have a glass of wine first, really get in the mood the more she enjoys it the more likely she is to get pregnant, apparently!
Tell her to still track at least a week and half after her period ends.
Tell her to use ovulation predictor kits. Start 7 days after the end of her period. Take on at around 2 pm and another at around 8pm everyday. That should definately catch her LH surge. When she gets a posative OPK tell her to do the deed 3 days in a row. Also she should DTD evry other day befoer and after the 3 day window that OPK predicts. That should catch that eggie.
Try and lose weight, eat healthy, join weight-watchers.
