Advice needed for my best friend and this boy plz.?

so for the past 3 months she likes this boy n everyone kno the boy likes her its that obvious. but, her older sister found out n got his cell # n startd textin him all the time. my best friend n the guy she like DONT talk at all. not once. so now i found out that one of her close teachers she calls her mom, askd him wat was going on btwn them n he said to her that ';she'; my best friend, keeps textin him n he dont kno her n said other mean things about her, but its so obvious that he likes her. now my best friend sister apologized to him n told him it was her sister that did it n she thought they liked each other the way they was acting towards each other n he didnt respond like usual. i told her she needs to talk to him tomorrow and see how he feels about her and if he wantd a relationship w/ her. did i tell her right? if not what should have i said?Advice needed for my best friend and this boy plz.?

I would out left out the part do you want a relationship since they haven't really had a date.I'd be more like can you believe that sister of of mine texting all that stuff man this girl needs to get a life and let them talk and get to know each other maybe some some dates and time will tell if they want to be a couple.
