Whats the best way to quit my job? Please HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11?
I am nanny for a very busy and whealthy family. They have 3 children, ages 12,7, and 4 .Two boys 1 girl( spoiled and neglected ) each kid has their own schedule and im responsable for making sure that everybody gets where they need to be and that everything else in the huge house gets done[ cooking, light cleaning, errands etc]. Im 26 yrs, married and no kids just a little dog that i barely have time to give attention to.I've been with them for 2 yrs and 11 months. In the begining i was only in charge of the errands and cooking but since then things changed dramatically . I have a schedule but EVERYDAY my boss changes it,for ex. today is my day off [ i work there tues-sat] and she txt me for help [driving kids to piano lessons ] i dont have a social life since im always saying yes to everything they ask me to do. During the summer is worse they expect me to work monday-sunday day and night. I tried asking for a different schedule but it worked only for 2 weeks. I know i need to find another job and then quit this one but Im sick. I have panic attacks just to think that i have to go to work.I can't stand the way i feel, everyday i force myself to go to work.I can't sleep well or eat [i over eat]Most of the times i need to call somebody to calm myself I want to leave but i don't know the best way to tell them, any advice would be appreciated

Spend some time stealing everything you can from them. Rob them blind. Then, once you have all you can get, hold the kids for ransom.
Give them a standard 2 week notice. That will give them some time to find a replacement. Just be honest with them. Tell them the truth about your issues with working with them. Hopefully they will learn from their mistakes for the next nanny. Also by giving a 2 week notice, you should be able to use them as a reference for future jobs.
Find a job that you want, then quit.
Write a personal letter stating that you desire to leave their employment in two weeks. This should give them ample time to find someone else. It wouldn't be unexpected for them to also write you a letter of recommendation if you were a faithful employee. That's all you are required to do.
