Advice on a male best friend?

Alright. Stupid Story; Girl [me] falls for boy [him]. Girl is two years younger than boy. Boy is in grade above Girl. Boy does not claim to not like Girl, but says he cannot date until the age of 16. Girl decides to wait. Girl becomes Boy's best friend. Chaotic Flirtation ensues. Before the age of 16, Boy gets girlfriend [skank]. Girl is friends with Skank, but not good friends. By now everybody knows that Girl likes Boy, except for the oblivious Boy himself. Even Skank knows. Girl is craving solution to problem, and even after Junior High Graduation, is still in contact with Boy and Skank. Girl does not believe that getting over him is an option.

What should Girl do? Get him, or does she already Have him? Help a girl out please!Advice on a male best friend?
I think, since you're his best friend, you should talk to him, because if you don't it'll be too late and he might keep going out with the skank - you never know, he might not want to ruin your friendship with you and that's why he won't ask you out.. tell him that you've liked him for a long time, and you don't want to pressure him into doing anything, but that you felt that he should know, and also emphasise that you feel the friendship is really important to you - don't criticise the skank though, he might be offended and think that you're just trying to break them upAdvice on a male best friend?
Your going to have to talk to him.

If he's going with ';skank: it's probably because she is giving the young fellow some skank which is hard to forget.

Guys that age (well all of us I guess) think with our ';little heads'; more then our big heads too much.

Her skankiness may be what is winning him over at this time.

Your true love and heart has to fight this, along with a little affection of your own. Just not too skanky for your liking.

Hope this helps.
Have someone who knows both of you tell the boy you like him, but have that person ask him if he likes you first.
