there are 3 convenience store..


1. Newsstand type.. serve from window only soda, lottery, cigaretts and miscelleous items..


price 70k, rent 900, lotto sales 600/ day others 800/ day


2. office building conv store soda lotto etc


price 55k, rent 250 , lotto 600/ day others 400/ day





3. conv store..


price 75k , rent 1300, lotto 1500/day and others 300/ day.





others factors and conditions are same like lease etc,..which one best to buy for earning as per your knowledge please explainPlease advice which store is best???/?
Conv store, The office building only makes money when its occupied. Which is 10 or 11 hours daily. Newsstand loses money sice people stopped buying papers.
