what kinds of exercises can i do daily to look like that in about 2 months thats my goal. i weigh about 130lbs and im 5ft 4 if u need to know.


i need specific exercises with instructions


or storys of something you did that worked for you...

Well to start off you need to accept the fact that any kind of weight loss takes time and patience. If you want to lose weight you need to have a well balanced diet. For weight loss you must cut out all soda and other foods/drinks high in sugar and calories. You must also create a calorie deficit in which you consume less calories than you normally would. This brings me to the next step; exercise. Along with the well balanced diet, and calorie deficit you need to exercise. Cardio as in running or jogging for 30 to 45 minutes a day is a good way to burn through fat. Even walking places can help with the weight loss. Doing crunches and squats will help tone your legs, stomach and butt. Before you set out to do your cardio it is wise to eat an apple or some raisins as they will help in the process of burning fat. Eat lean meats like chicken and fish as often as you can. And not Long Johns or KFC. But above all it is important to stick to the routine and to understand that errors and set backs will happen. Stay determined and you shall see results. And sorry for such a long answer. ;)
